Recognizing Excellence in Education
Do you know an extraordinary school teacher, outdoor educator or volunteer at a conservation organization who deserves recognition? CWF would like to acknowledge those professionals or volunteers who, through their knowledge and expertise, increase awareness about the importance of wildlife and conservation in Canada.
CWF is pleased to introduce the Kenneth A. Brynaert Conservation Educator of the Year Award. It will be presented to an outstanding Canadian educator (formal or non-formal) who has significantly furthered environmental education goals in the fields of wildlife and conservation. The winner will receive a commemorative plaque and a cash prize of $1,000.
The award is named after Kenneth A. Brynaert, who served as CWF’s Executive Vice President from 1974 to 1990. It was during this time that the roots of our successful conservation education programs took hold.
Download a nomination form here (PDF format 379 KB). Please complete the form, attach letters of support and return it to CWF no later than January 31, 2006.
