WILD Weekend Getaways
How would you like to howl with wolves, watch moose mosey
through woods, or listen to loons? Such mixing with nature
has been but a dream for most city folk — that is, until now.
CWF can take you away for a weekend in the wilderness.
- The federation, along with the Ontario Ministry of Natural
Resources, is offering you and your loved ones a fun and
affordable weekend filled with wildlife-related activities
for young and old, greenhorns and seasoned naturalists.
- "We hope to expand WILD Weekend Getaways to other regions
in the future," says program coordinator Luba Mycio-Mommers.
